Sally -Nursery Manager
Hello, my name is Sally and since April 2013 I have been the Manager here at Wulstan’s Lodge Childcare. My career in childcare spans over the past twenty-four years, where I have worked in various settings since gaining an N.N.E.B Nursery Nurse qualification. My employment history includes working in Private Day Care Nurseries, as a Children’s Holiday Representative, in Primary Schools, as a self-employed childminder and as a Childcare Assessor. I am a very proud mum to two beautiful girls and a gorgeous rather large black Labrador called Hettie. Working at Wulstan’s Lodge ensures that I can remain as the female version of ‘Peter Pan’ the girl that will never grow up! Often spotted in fancy dress, poised and ready for the next adventure. There is never a dull moment here at the Lodge, with fun always top of the agenda (usually organised chaos!) I endeavour to lead a team who will provide fabulous care for children, providing hours of enjoyment, where children can learn through their play in a stimulating and exciting environment, whilst creating early, special and everlasting memories.
Charlotte
Assistant Manager
Hi, I’m Charlotte. I joined Wulstan’s Lodge in 2013 and I am the Assistant Manager here at the setting. I have worked within nursery settings for over ten years and hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification. I have two beautiful daughters who attend the setting and I can honestly say, that I really enjoy my job here. I plan activities and experiences that will help the children to learn and provide the opportunity to experience new things. I love being a part of a team which brings the best outcomes for our children.

The children and staff are all great to be around and spend time with, we have a lot of fun together! Wulstan’s Lodge ensures that there are lots of exciting learning opportunities for the children, which I love being a part of. I especially enjoy any opportunity where I can dress up as my favourite ‘Frozen’ character. My most exciting adventure to date is becoming a first-time mum to my beautiful little girl.
