Meet the Team

Our staff at Wulstan’s Lodge comprises a blend of mature, experienced and professionally qualified Early Years practitioners and trainees working towards their qualifications. All staff are skilled in expertly guiding your child through the wonders of learning whilst playing.

We provide ongoing training for our staff to constantly update their own skills and abilities. Our staff are passionate and committed to creating an atmosphere of care and respect which radiates throughout this happy nursery and is led by our dedicated and enthusiastic management team.

Sally -Nursery Manager

Hello, my name is Sally and since April 2013 I have been the Manager here at Wulstan’s Lodge Childcare. My career in childcare spans over the past thirty years, where I have worked in various settings since gaining an N.N.E.B Nursery Nurse qualification. My employment history includes working in Private Day Care Nurseries, as a Children’s Holiday Representative, in Primary Schools, as a self-employed childminder and as a Childcare Assessor.

There is never a dull moment here at the Lodge, with fun always top of the agenda (usually organised chaos!) I am proud to lead a team who provide fabulous care for children, providing hours of enjoyment, where children can learn through their play in a stimulating and exciting environment, whilst creating early, special and everlasting memories.

Assistant Manager

Hello, I'm Becky. I began working at Wulstan's Lodge Childcare in October 2016, prior to that, I worked in a nursery in Kidderminster. I stepped up into the role of Assistant Manager in January 2022. I have a level 3 childcare qualification.

Early Years Practitioner

Hello, my name is Georgina. I started working at Wulstan's Lodge in 2021. I am the nursery SENCo. Before I worked here, I worked abroad in Uganda in different International schools. I have a level 3 and level 4 early years qualification.

Early Years Practitioner

Hello my name is Coral, I have always had a passion to work with children, and more so since becoming a mum. I have a Cache Level 2 qualification in childcare and education and I am working towards my level 3. I joined Wulstan's Lodge in 2022.

Hello, I'm Alice, I joined the Wulstan's Lodge team in 2022 after gaining my Level 3 childcare qualification in 2021. I keep myself very busy as I also volunteer for my local Scout Group.

Hello, my name is Emily. I started working at Wulstan's Lodge in January 2023. Before this I worked as a care assistant supporting the elderly. I have a level 3 childcare qualification.

Hi my name is Sally and I have recently joined the team at Wulstan's Lodge in September 2023.
I have always wanted to work with children. Since leaving school I gained my NNEB Diploma and have worked in private nurseries throughout my career.
