We aim to provide cost effective reliable childcare. In order to maintain these reasonable prices, we require your support and clear communication. By returning this form you are entering into a contract and agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions set out. Many Thanks.
Fees & Charges
Standard Rate per 8am-5pm session £25.00 per child.
A 10% discount is available for siblings attending same session when booked together.
Fees must be paid at time of booking – places will not be reserved until payment is received in full.
Fee is not inclusive of food, please provide a packed lunch and healthy snacks. Whilst water is regularly available, it is recommended to provide your child with their own water bottle.
Absence / Cancellation
We understand that sometimes absence/cancellation are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of bookings.
If for any reason your child is unable to attend a session, please get in touch and your place can be moved to another date, availability allowing.
Cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee. If advised 48 hours in advance, an authorised cancellation fee of £10 applies.
If Child does not attend the booked session an unauthorised cancellation fee applies equal to 100% of the reserved session fee.
Activities are weather and attendance permitting.
Drop Off & Collection
Please note the club hours are 8am – 5pm.
Limited parking is available – please park responsibly.
The holiday club closes at 5.00pm – If you are going to be late please call us on 01299 829032.
Please note in the event of late collection a £20 charge will be applied for every 15 minutes at the discretion of the management.
Requirments
Please be advised that selected activities will involve outings and trips away from the setting, as well as food tasting and snacks.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to inform staff in writing of any allergies or medical needs your child/children may have.
Appropriate warm & waterproof clothing is required for outdoor activities.
By signing this booking form, you are providing consent for your child to participate in all activities.
Name of the game
Fun is always the name of the game. All our activities are to accommodate all interests, abilities and ages.
Time to get stuck in
Whilst we plan lots of activities where the kids can get stuck in and enjoy creative craft, we always have a cosy corner for the quieter child with lots of books and teddies to talk to.
